Fort Wayne, Ind. – STAR Financial Bank is proud to announce the installation of Orbi, its state-of-the-art enhanced ATM, inside the newly opened Gate 4 area at the Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA). This exciting addition represents STAR’s ongoing commitment to innovation, convenience, and service, meeting customers where they are, even on the go.
Orbi empowers travelers to handle nearly all of their everyday banking needs independently, securely, and efficiently, without the need to visit a branch or speak to a banker. With Orbi, users can withdraw higher amounts than a traditional ATM, deposit cash and checks (check deposits available for STAR account holders), make STAR loan payments, transfer funds between personal accounts, customize cash denominations, print mini statements, and enjoy immediate availability of deposited funds in most cases. A live STAR Customer Service representative is also available via video chat during business hours for personalized support.

Orbi’s enhanced ATM features are available daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Video banking is available Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Outside of these hours, Orbi functions as a traditional ATM, available 24/7.

The Gateway Lounge, located post-security on FWA’s second floor, is part of the airport’s Project Gateway expansion and designed for business travelers. Sponsored by STAR Financial Bank, the lounge offers private restrooms, quiet workspaces, complimentary snacks and beverages, mobile ordering, high-speed Wi-Fi, and more. Open to all ticketed passengers, memberships are $150 annually or $30 per day, based on capacity.
