Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority (FWACAA) will say “Thank you!” to passengers during the week of October 14-18, 2019 with Customer Appreciation Week.

Activities taking place in the terminal throughout the week include free coffee each morning, cupcakes to celebrate National Chocolate Cupcake Day on Friday, daily visit from our Hospitality PAWS teams, appearances in the terminal from Super Man and Rapunzel, and more. Passengers will also have opportunities to win prizes from a number of local and national businesses throughout the week. FWA will also welcome local “celebrities” Icy D. Eagle, from the Fort Wayne Komets, and the Mad Ant from the Fort Wayne Mad Ants basketball team.

FWA also has a number of fun giveaways for passengers on select flights throughout the week. Each destination will have one giveaway at a “surprise” time. Many flights will feature gift cards and items from a number of local businesses include donations from DeBrand Fine Chocolates, Chik-fil-A, Vera Bradley, and Sweet Aviation. Passengers on select Allegiant flights will have a chance to win gift cards to local attractions that are popular at their final destinations.

Throughout the week FWA will be running a promotion on the airport’s Valet Parking Service. Any passenger parking their vehicle and utilizing Valet Parking during Customer Appreciation Week will have the option to park for three days and get the fourth day of valet parking for free.

Community members will also have a chance to celebrate Customer Appreciation Week with a chance to win two roundtrip tickets to Sarasota, Florida – Allegiant Airlines newest non-stop destination out of the airport. Social Media followers will be able to check-in each day for an airport-related trivia question and answer it to be entered to win. Those traveling in the terminal will also have the opportunity to enter by taking a photo with the FWA photo backdrop and sharing their picture on social media with the hashtag #SarasotaSendoff.

All activities and treats offered in the terminal throughout Customer Appreciation Week are free to all ticketed passengers.
