The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority seeks a qualified emergency management consultant to assess the Airport Authority’s current preparedness, response, recovery, continuity, and coordination capabilities and identify practical areas for improvement. The selected consultant will develop an improvement roadmap and sustainable training, drill, and exercise program, including reusable tools and support for a tabletop and full-scale exercise.
The project consists of the construction of General Aviation Hangar 2070 at Fort Wayne International Airport, including the building and associated site and infrastructure improvements identified in the project drawings and specifications. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work.
