Republic Parking System begins operating at Fort Wayne International Airport

Fort Wayne, Ind. – Today marks the first day of operation for Republic Parking System at Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA). At this time, passengers should not anticipate any changes to parking operations.


“Parking is a large part of the overall passenger experience at any airport, and we strive to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible,” said Scott Hinderman, Executive Director of Airports for the Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority. “We look forward to bringing Republic on board as a business partner to help us meet the needs of the region’s travelers.”


Republic Parking System is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee and is one of the largest privately held providers of parking management services in the United States. The company holds parking contracts with over 65 airports worldwide.

The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority entered into a three-year agreement with Republic, with two one-year extension options.
